Capital planning, project delivery, RFPs, contractor oversight, cost control, quality assurance and closeout. Coordinate insurance claims, warranties and operational risk management.

Assess workflows, improve Yardi reporting and data quality, and implement practical automation. Connect operational needs with systems that teams can use and maintain.

I bring more than 15 years of leadership across asset management, property operations, acquisitions, construction and organizational change. My experience includes building teams, managing major capital programs and improving operating performance across large residential portfolios.
Through ActionPM, I combine that operating experience with hands-on work in software, operational data and AI.
